Liaison Volunteer

Vessel Hospital Liasion Volunteers are a key link between hospitals, therapy tribe and the Vessel team. Our aim is to ensure that every hospital in Uganda has access to a VHLV  to signpost and promote Vessel support services, training, resources and bereavement care guidance (where pplicable) enabling healthcare professionals to provide excellent bereavement care. We currently have 12 VHLV across Kampala and we are now expanding the program into Wakiso, Entebbe and Jinja,

Role of Hospital Liasion Volunteers.

Vessel is Me is grateful to the many volunteers who are working closely with hospitals to improve bereavement care, ultimately providing support to bereaved parents and families which id tailored to their individual needs.
